The BMW Dallas Marathon will take place on Sunday, December 14 in Downtown Dallas. For the past 16 years, Sewell has had a strong presence at the Corporate Relay, with about 300 Sewell associates from all of our stores participating in 2024. We have won numerous awards for our participation and have raised thousands of dollars for the Texas Scottish Rite Hospital for Children.
You may register as a team or as an individual. We will place individuals on teams that will maximize our chances of winning funds for TSRHC. Each runner on a team needs to submit a form. If you would like to run the half marathon, full marathon, or ultra marathon, please complete the form indicating this. Sewell will cover the cost of all associates’ race registrations.

We invite our associates and their family members to a reception at Gilley’s Dallas before and after the event. Gilley’s will also serve as a parking location for runners who wish to park near the start/finish line. Coffee, juice, fresh fruit, and water will be served in the morning prior to the Marathon starting, and lunch will be provided for associates and guests after. Please indicate on your registration form if you are planning to attend and whether you will be bringing guests.
Hotel accommodations will be provided for any associates who are traveling from outside the DFW metroplex for the race with prior approval from their General Manager. The evening of Saturday, December 13 will be covered by Sewell. If you would like to stay on the evening of Friday, December 12, that night will be at your own expense. Austin, Houston, and San Antonio associates, please indicate on your registration form which option you will need.
Sewell will be providing shuttle service for participants on the day of the race. There will be shuttles running from Gilley’s to the starting point, as well as to and from the hotel.
