    We would like to invite you, one guest or spouse, and dependent children (living at home) to attend the 110 Anniversary of Sewell Automotive Companies hosted at AT&T Stadium on Sunday, May 22.

      Event Attire

      Associates and guests are encouraged to wear the provided Sewell 110 Anniversary shirt, or a Dallas Cowboys jersey that has not been altered or modified.

      Final RSVP date has been extended to April 8th at 12pm.

          EVENT DETAILS

            Stadium security and bag policy

            When you enter security at the stadium, each adult in your family will be asked to show a photo ID with date of birth (Driver's License, Passport, etc). Also, please note that the stadium has a bag policy that limits attendees to a small clear tote or clutch purse.

            If you do not have a clear tote and wish to purchase one prior to the event, please search online for “Stadium Clear Tote” and you will find many options. Please select one that does not exceed 12” x 6” x 12”.

              Out of Town Transportation 

              Travel Information for associates traveling from Austin, Houston, and San Antonio.

              For our out-of-town associates, the cost of the following travel options will be covered by Sewell:

              Transportation
              • Charter Bus Transportation (round-trip in one day)
                            – Charter motorcoaches will pick-up and drop-off at 4 locations on Sunday, May 22.
                                      o  For Austin Associates: Sewell Jaguar Land Rover North Austin.
                                      o  For Houston Associates: Sewell Audi North Houston and Sewell Mercedes-Benz of West Houston.
                                      o  For San Antonio Associates: Ken Batchelor Cadillac.
              • Company Car
                            – With your General Manager’s approval, you may drive your Sewell company car.
                            – Reimbursement will be provided for fuel. Please submit an expense report with your fuel receipts after the event.
              • Personal Vehicle
                            – You may drive your personal vehicle.
                            – Reimbursement will be provided for mileage at the IRS rate of 58.5 cents per mile. Please submit an expense report with your mileage after the event.
              • For San Antonio Associates Only - Airline Tickets
                            – Ken Batchelor associates may choose to fly to the event.
                            – Once the Sewell Marketing team receives your RSVP with this option selected, they will reach out to you with additional details.

              Hotel Accommodations
              • You may choose to stay in a hotel for one night on either Saturday or Sunday.
              • Please confirm your work schedule with your manager prior to choosing a hotel night. This will allow us to have appropriate staffing to serve our customers at our stores on Saturday and Monday.
              • After the RSVP date, we will reserve a block of rooms at one or more hotels in the DFW area. Based on room availability, we will place as many associates and their families as possible at a hotel near AT&T Stadium. If availability is limited, some associates and their families may stay at hotels in Dallas or Fort Worth.

              For our Houston and Austin associates, the cost of the following travel option will be the responsibility of each associate:
              • Airline Tickets
                            – Associates may choose to fly to the event at their own expense.
                            – Once the Sewell Marketing team receives your RSVP with this option selected, they will reach out to you with additional details.

                Parking & Directions

                AT&T Stadium is located at 1 AT&T Way, Arlington, TX 76011. Please park in the lot denoted on the parking pass you received. A parking pass will be required for entry to the lot.

                  RSVP Etiquette

                  At Sewell, we value our associates and go to great lengths to create events that will be memorable and enjoyed by all. A great deal of planning and coordination is involved and several details hinge on an accurate attendance count. Details such as size of the venue, seating arrangements, gifts, floral, name tags, parking, ticket purchases and more are dependent upon our RSVP results.
                   
                  For these reasons, it is important when you receive an invitation from Sewell in the mail or electronically, to:
                  • Visit the RSVP website listed on the invitation. Any important details you need to know will be stored there.
                  • Accept or decline on the RSVP website by the deadline indicated.
                  • If you have replied "Yes", it is important that you attend the event assuming there are no extenuating circumstances.
                  • If you cannot attend the event please reply "No". This is important for us to know. A non-reply is not considered a "No".
