Lexus Wins J.D. Power Dependability Title
Research firm J.D. Power and Associates tabulated the results of its latest Vehicle Dependability Study (VDS), fielded in November and December 2014, and concludes Lexus rates as the most dependable automotive brand. The study gathers responses from more than 34,000 original vehicle owners of 2012 model-year vehicles, and determines the reliability of the cars after three years.
Renee Stephens, J.D. Power’s vice president of U.S. auto quality, concludes, "Lexus just continues to execute well." The award is the latest accolade for Lexus and for Sewell, which has become known for its exceptional personal service.
